By commissioning me and being my client, you agree to all of my Terms of Service.Anything stated below will be followed strictly and I won't hold any responsibilities towards it. MAIN RULES
IMPORTANT: My turnaround time varies on my current availability and schedule. Some commissions may take 2 weeks, others take a year since I am in university.
You are paying mainly for the final product: a high-res file of the digital commission. Psd files are discussed.
Serious buyers ONLY
I don't do first come first serve, I work by comfortability -> difficulty -> payment.

ORDER
Personal commissions are indefinitely closed due to current workload and me finishing old projects. Closing until further notice
If you are enquiring about a commercial project, please hand in a brief and deadline, I will determine whether I can accept it or not.
Process: Client contacts with brief and deadline -> Hand in quote -> Brief accepted -> Deposit 30-100% -> Sketch Approval -> Finished Product (Preview) -> (If haven't paid) Finish payment -> Files sent
Average turn-around time: 2-4 weeks
PAYMENT
I only accept Paypal and Ko-fi. All payment will be in USD (Or AUD if specified)
DO NOT harass me or ask for any kind of discount regarding my commission prices.
The commission will not start before deposit. Minimum deposit 30%
Highly recommend payment plans to ensure my part of completion in time for the deadline.
Refunds are allowed if the commission is not started within 1 month or if you have any emergency. If I have started on the commission, refunds will be made according to the progress made.
COPYRIGHT POLICY (Personal)
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example
Post/display the picture anywhere I want
Promote myself with it in any place.
I may ask permission for further usage in the future (like printing in my artbook, using in tutorials, etc.)
As a commissioner you may
- Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
Print the art as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, ... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
You are NOT ALLOWED to
Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way
Take credit for the art.
What counts as commercial?
If you are gaining a profit from the commission you have ordered directly or indirectly, they will all considered to be commercial projects. This includes a character design that I made is made for a Vtuber or any mascot, or game assets, illustrations made to promote a product.All commercial commissions will have an extra fee to them, in which is multiplied by the type of profit you are gaining from the commission. If your project is non-profit, please let me know.
For example: You ordered an Illustration for your Vtuber song cover. The price of a personal bust commission is 200$. The multiplier stands for x2. The price of the commission will be:
200$ x 2 = 400 USD
